As of 4:15 this afternoon, the flood waters have receded from the temporary Hinkson Creek crossing. Depending on the amount of rain received tonight, work will resume on the bridge tomorrow first thing. The crossing will be repaired enough to accommodate both foot and bike traffic.
If the weather agrees we will have the crossing open and barricades removed for the
Pedaler's Jamboree Event this weekend May 29th & May 30th.
Extreme caution should be exercised when using the crossing due to steep approaches and loose tread surfaces.

I have probably just missed the latest post about the other bridge (13?). What's the status of that one?
Jeff,
Bridge 13 is complete except for some approach work and some rip-rap installation. These items will be dealt with as the construction crew works out of the jobsite.
