MKT bridge replacement update July 9, 2010

Heavy rains this week have kept the access road impassable. The railings have been completed for the bridge. The next step in the process is to build gravel ramps on both sides of the bridge, but gravel trucks need to be able to cross the creek to build the ramp on the north side.
