The spotty showers yesterday stopped work at the job site for the day, but this morning the concrete beams were being grouted and guardrail posts were being installed.The main steel trestle sections are scheduled to arrive tomorrow, if the trucks are on schedule, or failing that Monday . They will be pieced together at the temporary crossing and lifted into place with two cranes. This will be a rare sight to be seen!
Next week, if all goes to schedule, will be the finishing of bridge #12 and installation of the approaches.
Parks & Recreation will also be re-grading the trail between bridges #12 and Scott as Houf Construction works out of the site.
