Could the "watching and waiting" time be used to clean up the large pile of limbs and trash effectively damming the water immediately downstream of the construction site?
Daytrotter, Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, the Corps of Engineers does not permit removal of built up materials from the waterway. We will have to wait till a really good rain washes out the dam. We have had the same thought to remove the blockage, but unfortunately we are not permitted to do so.
