All multi-use trails are in good conditions. Examples of multi-use trails would be the MKT, Bear Creek and Hinkson Creek Trails.

I hope Bear Creek will be pave. Its nice trail on Noth side town. The big rocks and water floods sad thing. I hope people use Pave trial change their minds.Their are nice.
